Gustave A. Green, 72, former farmer resident of Persia, Ia., died at his home at Harris, Minn., Tuesday afternoon. He had lived at Harris for twenty years.

Surviving him are two daughters, Mrs. Edna Knudsen of St. Paul, Minn., and Mrs. Elsie Mortensen of Shelby, Ia.; a son, Ervin Green of St. Paul, five grandchildren; two brothers, Charles of Menlo, Ia. and William of Pacific Junction; two sisters, Mrs. William Wiseman of Logan, Ia., and Mrs. Sarah Wait of Council Bluffs. The body was taken to the Cutler Funeral Home.

Brother of Wm. Green of Pacific Junction Dies

Gustav A. Green, 72, former resident of Persia, Ia., and son of the late Henry Green, who lived in the Persia area, died Tuesday at Harris, Minn. He left Persia two decades ago.

Survivors: Daughters, Mrs. Edna Knudsen, St. Paul; Mrs. Elsie Mortensen, Shelby, Ia.; son, Erwin, St. Paul; brothers, Charles, Menlo, Ia., Will, Pacific Junction, Ia.; sisters, Mrs. William Wiseman, Logan, Ia., Mrs. Sarah Wait, Council Bluffs.

The body was brought to Council Bluffs where funeral services were held this Thursday afternoon and burial was made in the Dumfries cemetery. Rev. O. C. Biermann of Mineola, conducted the service.
